XC-3 Network Traffic Monitor

Current features:

-> Ethernet passthrough (looks like a wire)
-> Basic data counting (from raw packet length) / data rate calculation (updates @ 1Hz)
-> Stores data to flash ever 10s so that information is stored on power-down and recalled on power-up
-> Device can appear as a wire while having an IP address that can be pinged and "ARP'ed"
-> VFD showing rate and total used and a nice meaningless graph
-> Can ping/arp the device

WIP:
-> Simple onboard services framework
-> NTP Clock service based on above

Future features:
-> Reset on certain date/time/interval (e.g. calendar month)
-> Delivery of stats either via web page or to a host application on PC so can remove the display (uses 2.5W!!) and access remotely
